1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items such as custom orders or perishable goods may not be eligible for returns. Please check product details before purchasing.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
